Welcome to DoseBoss. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

DoseBoss is a medication reminder tool. It helps you remember to take your medications by providing escalating reminders with customizable personality levels.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DoseBoss. Certain features (Level 5 "Unhinged Mode") require you to be at least 18 years old and to explicitly opt in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Explicit Content

DoseBoss offers reminder personality levels that include strong language and explicit content. These features:

• Are disabled by default
• Require explicit opt-in to enable
• Are restricted to users who confirm they are 18 or older
• Can be disabled at any time

4. Your Data

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service: your email, medication names, schedules, and dose confirmation data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

DoseBoss is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from missed doses, incorrect reminders, or reliance on this tool. You are solely responsible for your medication management.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use DoseBoss for any purpose other than personal medication reminders.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of DoseBoss after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
